EY is seeking an experienced Manager II, Technical Scrum Lead to drive agile methodology services for cross-functional technology teams. This role focuses on enhancing team productivity and the quality of work processes and outcomes, often impacting enterprise-wide initiatives. You will ensure adherence to agile best practices, manage stakeholder alignment, and foster team performance through metrics and continuous feedback, contributing to EY's innovative technology solutions.

Lead and mentor high-performing technology teams, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives. Foster a continuous learning environment focused on Agile/Scrum principles and technical capabilities. Develop methodologies that integrate customer feedback and business changes into product development. Guide product owners in defining and prioritizing technology outcomes, balancing short-term and long-term benefits. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, manage development tracking systems, and remove impediments to product development. You will also be instrumental in designing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems, performing incident triage, and developing ML models for proactive issue prediction and prevention.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile software development is required, with at least two years leading large, cross-functional teams on enterprise technology initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory, with a graduate degree preferred. Essential skills include expertise in IT project management, Agile methodologies, SDLC, risk management, budgeting, IT governance, and cybersecurity frameworks. Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, and iOS development is a must. Experience with incident management, log analysis, observability, SRE principles, automation using Python/Java/Selenium, and AWS services is critical. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is mandatory.
