As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs. Key responsibilities include: - Designing PMO/EPMO/Transformation Office capabilities. - Strengthening program and portfolio delivery. - Enabling data-driven decision-making. - Translating corporate strategy into transformation roadmaps and operating models. - Designing custom solutions and conducting needs assessments. - Developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies. - Executing deployment activities, supporting agile processes, and performing testing. - Facilitating workshops and supporting change management initiatives. - Maintaining project documentation and ensuring digital solution governance.

Ideal candidates possess deep Life Sciences value chain knowledge and proven business consulting capabilities. Essential qualifications include: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is also acceptable. - 4–7 years of project management experience. - 2+ years of external client-facing consulting experience with a large, multinational firm. - 1+ year of experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector. - Strong understanding of technology solutions, sector-specific regulatory environments, and analytical/communication/problem-solving skills.
