Lead transaction analytics engagements using tools like Alteryx and Power BI, managing large datasets to identify trends and insights. Develop and review BI specifications, reports, and dashboards. Translate business challenges into technical requirements and guide team members on KPIs and financial drivers. Contribute to the development of new analytics services and automation tools. Drive regional growth by building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring quality service delivery. Mentor team members, manage project allocation, and support learning and development initiatives.

This role requires a B.Tech with a strong finance or transaction analytics background, or an MBA in Finance/Business Analytics from a premier institute, coupled with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a strong background in analytics, technology, innovation, or mergers and acquisitions transactions is considered. A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in data mining, ETL, and visualization tools is essential, along with 2+ years in database design, modeling, and integration. Proficiency in SQL and DAX functions is expected. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
