Lead and mentor Agile teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products. Foster high-performing teams through tailored coaching and development strategies. Promote adherence to Agile frameworks and best practices across the organization. Facilitate self-organization, cross-functional skill development, and effective communication. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. Identify and resolve team impediments, enhancing the overall effectiveness of Agile practices. Partner with Agile leaders to promote continuous improvement and a culture of Servant Leadership. Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices. Oversee key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Possess 10-15 years of experience in Agile transformation programs. Must have experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE). Proficiency in Agile PM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in Agile Coaching and holding a SAFe certification. Flexibility to work across US and UK time zones.

Considered advantageous: knowledge of waterfall methodologies, JIRA/Azure DevOps administration, business analysis skills, and pharmaceutical sector experience. SAFe SPC certification is a plus.
