As a Tcom - Network Support Senior Analyst, you will tackle advanced incident and problem resolution for UC and VC systems, including performing root cause analysis. You will administer key Cisco platforms like CUCM, Unity Connection, and Emergency Responder, alongside configuring SIP trunks and H.323 gateways.

Your role will involve supporting Cisco Webex video endpoints, troubleshooting video quality, and managing scheduling integrations. You'll also monitor system performance, generate reports using call accounting tools, and implement approved system changes during maintenance windows. Developing documentation and collaborating with OEM vendors are also key aspects of this position.

We are looking for candidates with practical experience in Cisco UC platforms such as CUCM, Unity Connection, and CER. A strong command of VoIP protocols like SIP, RTP, and H.323, along with dial plan logic, is essential. Experience with voice gateways, CUBE, Session Border Controllers, and SRST configuration is required.

Sound operational knowledge of ITIL incident and change management processes is necessary. Beneficial additions include experience with call accounting tools, basic automation skills in PowerShell or Python, and an understanding of video interoperability solutions. A BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in IT or Networking is expected.
