Your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, and training machine learning models using diverse algorithms like neural networks and deep learning. You will adapt and fine-tune Generative AI models for specific applications, developing effective prompts to achieve high-quality outputs.

Key tasks also involve optimizing AI algorithms for performance and scalability, staying abreast of the latest AI advancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. Upholding ethical AI practices, ensuring data privacy, and addressing bias are crucial. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver AI solutions that provide significant value.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MS/M.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 4-8 years in the IT industry is required, with at least 2+ years dedicated to AI.

We look for proven experience in end-to-end AI project execution. Essential technical skills include strong Python programming, experience with machine learning frameworks, and familiarity with cloud services like Azure for ML deployment. Exposure to SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is also necessary.

Knowledge of AI frameworks such as GANs and transformers, coupled with hands-on experience in Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (preferably Azure OpenAI), is vital. Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration are expected.
