In this role, you will analyze management and technical controls, ensuring adherence to security and compliance requirements through verification of documented processes. You'll support control owners in issue management and collaborate within the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include developing remediation plans, monitoring processes, and tracking enterprise compliance across various security frameworks like ISO and PCI. You will also perform assigned cyber compliance activities, answer customer questions, support audits, and contribute to the development of compliance processes, workflows, and performance metrics.

We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience in security controls or risk management. A strong understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS controls, and CSA controls is essential, along with knowledge of their practical application. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail is crucial. An Associate's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Holding at least one industry certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) is highly desirable.
