Lead comprehensive Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), identifying and remediating data privacy risks. Develop and implement consent management frameworks and conduct data privacy gap/maturity assessments. Provide strategic guidance on data subject rights and craft effective incident response plans for data breaches. Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs), develop privacy policies aligned with best practices and regulations, and stay current with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, PIPL). Facilitate training sessions and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and deliver holistic privacy solutions.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field is required, along with certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT. Proven experience in conducting PIAs, DPIAs, and privacy assessments is essential. You should possess in-depth knowledge of data subject rights and experience in developing data breach response plans and privacy strategies. Proficiency in various data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are necessary. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a passion for data privacy are crucial for success in this role.
