Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to the execution of an IAM roadmap, focusing on security requirements, secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definition. You will ensure work meets EY's quality standards and collaborate with leadership on risk reporting and issue resolution. As an influential team member, you will foster a positive learning environment and coach junior colleagues.

Key duties involve: - Driving end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and processes. - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. - Leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders to elicit requirements and conduct assessments. - Conducting IGA maturity assessments and providing strategic recommendations. - Ensuring successful implementation and adoption of IGA solutions through testing and readiness activities.

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). A proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and implementation-ready requirements is essential. You should have hands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills are required. The ability to independently lead discussions and drive testing, user acceptance, and deployment readiness activities is crucial for this role. Experience conducting IGA maturity assessments and providing strategic recommendations is highly valued.
