Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Cyber Security team as a Saviynt IAM Staff professional. You will contribute to a global network of service delivery centers, playing a vital role in EY's growth strategy. GDS offers a dynamic environment with over 80,000 professionals across ten locations worldwide, supporting clients with consulting, assurance, tax, and strategy services. This role focuses on delivering innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to global clients, ensuring high-quality standards and fostering a positive learning culture.

As part of the IAM team, you will help execute an IAM roadmap that aligns with security requirements. This includes implementing secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies in line with the overall IAM Program. You will also be responsible for reporting identified risks and promptly sharing issues and updates with leadership.

Architect and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt. Lead IGA projects, managing project timelines, teams, and client relationships. Successfully deliver end-to-end IAM SDLC engagements, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions leveraging the Saviynt IGA tool. Build and integrate new applications, develop account and entitlement connectors, and conduct regular certification reviews within the Saviynt platform. Gain hands-on experience with key Saviynt components, including Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and Segregation of Duties. Configure workflows within Saviynt IGA and establish birthright rules for user onboarding processes. Create and deploy XML jobs in the Saviynt IGA tool. Possess a solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL queries.

Demonstrated ability to architect IGA solutions with Saviynt is essential. Proven experience in driving IGA projects, encompassing project, team, and client management. A track record of successfully completing at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement. Proficiency in developing and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt. Experience in building and integrating new applications, connectors, and performing certification reviews. Familiarity with Saviynt components such as Build Warehouse, ARS, Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and Segregation of Duties. Strong knowledge of configuring workflows in Saviynt and birthright rules for onboarding. Experience with creating and deploying XML jobs within Saviynt. Good understanding of RDBMS and SQL queries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Professional IT certifications are considered a strong asset.
