EY is seeking experienced consultants to join our dynamic cyber security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for global clients. This role involves contributing to the execution of IAM roadmaps, implementing secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies aligned with the overall IAM program. Design and deploy IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, managing the full IAM SDLC from requirements gathering to application support.

Drive IGA projects, encompassing project management, team leadership, and client engagement.

Utilize expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

Configure source/identity profiles, develop transforms/rules, manage JML processes, and implement password synchronization.

Onboard applications such as Active Directory, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN.

Deploy virtual appliances, understand VA architectures, configure rules in cloud/VA environments, and set up high availability/disaster recovery solutions.

Configure and deploy IQService in both cloud and on-premises settings.

Develop custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrate with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.

Requires 2-4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ and IDN.

Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This includes full project lifecycle management, from requirements analysis through to deployment and ongoing support.

Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, including development, configuration, testing, and integration. You should be adept at configuring source/identity profiles, developing rules and transforms, managing JML processes, and implementing password synchronization.

Experience onboarding various application types, including Active Directory, JDBC, and web services, into IIQ/IDN. Familiarity with virtual appliance deployment, cloud/VA rule configuration, and HA/DR setups is essential.

Hands-on experience with IQService deployment and configuration, quick link setup, custom workflow development, reporting, service account management, and integrations with systems like ServiceNow and CyberArk.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Professional IT certifications are considered a plus.
