Design and deploy SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, leading projects from inception to completion, including project management, team leadership, and client engagement.

Oversee the full Identity and Access Management (IAM) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for client engagements, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, rigorous testing, successful deployment, and ongoing application support.

Expertly manage the architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow (IDN) solutions.

Configure essential IAM components such as identity profiles, transform rules, workflows, and manage critical processes like Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and certifications, along with password synchronization.

Onboard diverse applications, including Active Directory (AD), JDBC, and web services, into IIQ/IDN environments. Deploy virtual appliances, understand various architectures, implement cloud/VA rules, and configure High Availability (HA)/Disaster Recovery (DR) setups.

Configure and deploy IQService in both cloud and on-premises environments. Develop custom solutions, including quick links, workflows, reports, and service account management modules. Integrate IAM solutions with other leading tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, and develop custom plugins.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead IGA projects, encompassing effective project management, team leadership, and successful client management.

Proven experience in executing at least one complete IAM SDLC project, covering all phases from requirements gathering to application support.

Must possess in-depth experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

Proficiency in configuring source/identity profiles, developing transforms/rules, setting up workflows, and managing JML processes and certifications, including password synchronization.

Experience onboarding applications like AD, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN is required.

Familiarity with virtual appliance deployment, various VA architectures, cloud/VA rule implementation, and High Availability/DR configuration is necessary.

Hands-on experience configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, developing service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, along with plugin development, is expected.

Experience with IIQ installation, setup, initial configuration, and upgrades to different versions, including standard service build setup and configuration, is required.
