Contribute to the execution of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap that meets stringent security requirements. This includes the implementation and adoption of secrets management, effective management of machine identities, and the definition of access policies in line with the overall IAM Program.

Ensure all project deliverables adhere to EY's high-quality standards, with work diligently reviewed by the next-level reviewer. Actively participate in creating a positive learning culture, providing coaching and counsel to junior team members to support their professional development and team growth.

Possess 1-4 years of experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Demonstrate the ability to lead IGA projects, including effective project management, team coordination, and client engagement.

Must have successfully completed at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. Significant hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment is essential.

Proficiency is required in source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, managing JML processes and certifications, and password synchronization. Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN is also necessary.

Skilled in deploying virtual appliances, understanding various VA architectures, deploying rules in cloud/VA environments, and configuring High Availability/DR setups. Experience configuring and deploying IQService in both cloud and on-premise environments is expected. Additionally, hands-on experience is needed for configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, developing service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, as well as plugin development.

Familiarity with IIQ installation, setup, initial configuration, and upgrades to different versions is required, alongside standard service build setup and configuration. Professional IT certifications are considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
