As part of Global Delivery Services, you will leverage a worldwide network of service delivery centers, playing a crucial role in EY's growth strategy. This role is integral to delivering exceptional client service through consulting, assurance, tax, strategy, and transactions support, enabling account teams worldwide.

Design and implement IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, managing projects from initiation to completion. Lead Identity and Access Management roadmap execution, including secrets management and machine identity management. Ensure work adheres to EY's quality standards through diligent review. Foster a positive learning environment by coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include: - Driving IGA projects, including project management, team, and client management. - Leading IAM SDLC engagements, from requirements gathering to application support. - Architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, integrating, and deploying SailPoint IIQ & IDN solutions. - Configuring source/identity profiles, developing transforms/rules, and setting up JML processes and certifications.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions is required. Proven ability to manage IAM projects, including project management, team leadership, and client engagement, is essential. Experience in at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement is mandatory, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

Must possess in-depth experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. This includes expertise in source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and password synchronization. Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN is crucial. Proficiency in deploying virtual appliances, understanding different VA architectures, deploying cloud/VA rules, and configuring high availability/disaster recovery setups is expected. Hands-on experience configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, developing service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk is necessary. Experience with IQService configuration in cloud and on-prem environments and IIQ installation, setup, and upgrades is also required. While professional IT certifications are a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
