EY's Global Delivery Services is seeking experienced consultants for its Cyber Security team. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, contributing to the design and implementation of robust IAM roadmaps. You will ensure adherence to EY's quality standards, foster a positive learning environment, and mentor junior team members.

The position plays a crucial part in executing IAM strategies, including secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definition, all aligned with the overarching IAM program.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, and driving IGA projects from inception to completion. You will manage projects, teams, and client relationships effectively.

Experience in at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement is required, covering requirements gathering through application support. Essential technical skills include deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, development, configuration, integration, and deployment.

Candidates must possess expertise in various SailPoint IIQ/IDN functionalities like source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and password synchronization. Experience onboarding applications (AD, JDBC, web services) to IIQ/IDN is vital, as is deploying virtual appliances and configuring high availability/disaster recovery setups.

Hands-on experience with IQService configuration, custom workflows, report development, service account management modules, and integrations with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk is expected. IIQ installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades are also key requirements. While professional IT certifications are advantageous, excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
