Drive the design and deployment of IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, managing IAM projects from initiation to completion. You will oversee project management, team dynamics, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading at least one full IAM SDLC engagement, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, integrating, and deploying SailPoint IIQ & IDN solutions. - Configuring identity profiles, developing rules and transforms, managing JML processes and certifications, and implementing password synchronization. - Onboarding applications such as Active Directory, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN. - Deploying virtual appliances, understanding various VA architectures, and configuring high availability/DR solutions. - Configuring and deploying IQService in cloud and on-premises environments. - Developing custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 3-7 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ and broader IAM/IGA domains. A proven track record in leading IAM projects, including managing project lifecycles and client interactions, is essential.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Familiarity with essential IAM components like source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML processes, password synchronization, and onboarding various application types (AD, JDBC, web services) is required.

Experience with virtual appliance deployment, high availability/DR configuration, and IQService deployment is also crucial. Proficiency in configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrations with third-party tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk is highly valued. Experience with IIQ installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades is expected.
