Execute Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmaps, ensuring security requirements are met through the implementation of secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definitions.

Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects, managing project timelines, teams, and client relationships effectively. Ensure successful completion of IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagements, from initial requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.

Develop and configure SailPoint IIQ & IDN architectures, including source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, and JML processes. Manage password synchronization and onboard various applications like AD, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN.

Deploy and configure virtual appliances and IQService in both cloud and on-premise environments, understanding different VA architectures and high availability/DR configurations. Develop custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.

Handle IIQ installations, setup, initial configuration, and upgrades. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication, reporting identified risks and sharing updates with leadership promptly.

We are seeking a consultant with 1-4 years of experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Proven ability to manage IGA projects, including project, team, and client management, is essential. You must have experience implementing at least one full IAM SDLC engagement, covering all phases from requirements to application support.

Essential technical expertise includes SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Proficiency in source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and password sync is required.

Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN is mandatory. Candidates should also be skilled in deploying virtual appliances, understanding VA architectures, deploying rules in cloud/VA, and configuring high availability/DR. Configuration and deployment of IQService in cloud and on-prem environments are also key.

Hands-on experience with configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, developing service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk is expected. Proficiency in IIQ installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades is also a requirement. While professional IT certifications are a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
