EY's Global Delivery Services is seeking experienced consultants to join our Cyber Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role is crucial for developing and implementing IAM roadmaps that align with stringent security requirements, manage secrets, handle machine identities, and define access policies. You'll contribute to a culture of quality and continuous learning, guiding junior team members and ensuring our solutions meet EY's high standards.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, leading IGA projects from initiation to completion, and managing project, team, and client interactions. You will execute full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, source/identity profile configuration, rule development, workflow configuration, JML processes, password synchronization, and onboarding various applications (AD, JDBC, web services) is essential.

We require 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions. Proven ability to manage IGA projects and teams is necessary. Experience with virtual appliance deployment, understanding different VA architectures, deploying rules in cloud/VA environments, and configuring high availability/DR setups is expected. Proficiency in configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrations with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk is also required. A strong command of both verbal and written communication is essential for this role. Professional IT certifications are considered a plus.
