This position is integral to executing an effective IAM roadmap, encompassing secrets management, machine identity oversight, and the definition of access policies aligned with overall IAM program objectives.

Drive the design and implementation of IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Lead IGA projects, including comprehensive project, team, and client management. Successfully execute at least one full IAM SDLC engagement, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Leverage expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, integration, and deployment. Configure identity profiles, develop custom rules and transformations, manage workflows, and oversee JML processes and certifications, including password synchronization. Onboard critical applications such as Active Directory, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN. Deploy and manage virtual appliances, understanding various architectures, and configuring high availability and disaster recovery setups. Configure and deploy IQService for both cloud and on-premise environments. Develop custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, and undertaking plugin development. Manage IIQ installations, setup, initial configurations, and upgrades across different versions, including standard service build configuration.

Possess 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Demonstrate a strong ability to manage and lead IGA projects from inception to completion. Proven experience in implementing at least one complete IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement. Expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment is essential. Proficiency in source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and password synchronization. Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN. Familiarity with virtual appliance deployment, various VA architectures, cloud/VA rule deployment, and high availability/DR configuration. Hands-on experience configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk. Experience with IIQ installation, setup, initial configuration, and upgrades. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Professional IT certifications are considered a plus.
