EY is seeking experienced consultants for its Cyber Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. This role involves working on various IAM initiatives for international clients. A key aspect of the position is ensuring the highest quality of work in line with EY's standards, actively reporting risks, and communicating issues and updates to leadership. Design and deploy IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, driving IGA projects from start to finish. Manage projects, teams, and client relationships effectively.

Lead complete IAM SDLC engagements, covering requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, development, configuration, and integration.

Configure source/identity profiles, develop transforms/rules, set up workflows, and manage JML processes and certifications. Implement password synchronization and onboard applications like AD, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN.

Deploy virtual appliances, configure cloud/VA rules, and manage high availability/DR setups. Configure and deploy IQService across cloud and on-prem environments. Develop custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, integrating with tools like Service Now and CyberArk. Handle IIQ installations, upgrades, and standard service build configurations.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions is required.

Proven ability to manage IGA projects, including project, team, and client management, is essential. Experience in at least one full IAM SDLC engagement project is mandatory, encompassing all phases from requirements gathering to application support.

Demonstrated expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Proficient in configuring source/identity profiles, developing transforms/rules, managing workflows, and handling JML processes and password synchronization.

Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN is necessary. Familiarity with virtual appliance deployment, cloud/VA rule deployment, and high availability/DR configuration is expected. Proficiency in IQService configuration and deployment, along with developing custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, is also required.

Professional IT certifications are considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
