This role is within our dynamic Cyber Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for clients worldwide. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting risks, ensuring the highest quality of work, and fostering a positive learning environment by mentoring junior team members. The position is crucial in executing an IAM roadmap, including secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definition.

Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects, encompassing project, team, and client management. Successfully complete at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement, covering requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Architect, design, develop, configure, test, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IIQ & IDN solutions. Configure source/identity profiles, develop transforms/rules, set up workflows, manage JML processes and certifications, and implement password synchronization. Onboard applications such as AD, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN. Deploy and manage virtual appliances, understanding various architectures, cloud deployments, high availability, and disaster recovery configurations. Configure and deploy IQService in both cloud and on-premise environments. Develop custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules. Integrate with external tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, and undertake plugin development. Perform IIQ installations, setups, initial configurations, and upgrades to different versions. Manage standard service build setup and configuration.

Possess 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IGA projects, including team and client interactions. Experience in implementing IAM solutions across the full SDLC is essential. Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment is required. Solid experience with source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, and JML processes. Proven experience in onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications. Experience deploying virtual appliances, understanding VA architectures, and configuring for high availability/DR. Hands-on experience configuring IQService in cloud and on-premise environments. Proficiency in configuring quick links, custom workflows, reports, developing service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk. Experience with IIQ installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
