As part of the IAM team, you will play a crucial role in executing an IAM roadmap. This involves meeting stringent security requirements, implementing secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies that align with the overall IAM program. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of work, adhering to EY's quality standards, and actively participating in reviews.

Drive the design and deployment of IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, overseeing IAM projects from initiation to completion. This includes comprehensive project management, team leadership, and client engagement.

Lead end-to-end IAM SDLC engagements, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, rigorous testing, successful deployment, and ongoing application support.

Utilize expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture for design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Responsibilities extend to source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML processes, certifications, and password synchronization.

Onboard applications such as Active Directory (AD), JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN. Manage the deployment of virtual appliances, understanding various VA architectures, deploying rules in cloud/VA environments, and configuring high availability/disaster recovery solutions.

Configure and deploy IQServices in both cloud and on-premise environments. Develop custom workflows, reports, and service account management modules, integrating with other tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, and engaging in plugin development.

Possess 7-10 years of professional experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.

Demonstrate a strong ability to manage and lead IGA projects, including effective project management, team coordination, and client relationship management.

Have experience in at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, covering all phases from requirements to post-deployment support.

Exhibit extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, covering design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

Possess hands-on experience with source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML processes, certifications, and password synchronization.

Be proficient in onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN.

Have experience deploying virtual appliances, understanding different VA architectures, deploying rules in cloud/VA environments, and configuring high availability/DR solutions.

Demonstrate experience in configuring IQService in cloud and on-prem environments, including quick links, custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrations with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, as well as plugin development.

Experience with IIQ installation, setup, initial configuration, and upgrades to various versions, including standard service build setup and configuration is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Professional IT certifications are considered a plus.
