Design and deploy SailPoint ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions, with 3-7 years of hands-on experience. Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenants, including virtual appliance deployments for secure hybrid connectivity. Integrate various authentication sources, develop identity profiles, and manage the complete identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver). Create custom workflows and forms for access requests and reviews. Develop Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell for complex attribute transformations and build connectors for systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, and more. Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, reporting, and integrations, demonstrating expertise in JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM.

Proven experience (3-7 years) in designing and implementing Identity Governance and Administration solutions, specifically with SailPoint ISC. Proficiency in configuring and managing SailPoint ISC tenants, including virtual appliance setup and integration. Experience with identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes), workflow development, and custom form creation. Strong coding skills in Java/BeanShell for Cloud Rules and attribute transformations are essential. Familiarity with integrating various systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday) and utilizing SailPoint REST APIs. A solid understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM protocols is required. Staying current with the latest ISC modules like AI and CIEM is a plus. A Sailpoint engineer certification is preferred, though not strictly mandatory.
