Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint ISC, with 3-7 years of relevant experience. Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenants, including deploying Virtual Appliances for secure hybrid connectivity. Integrate various authentication sources and establish identity profiles with transformations. Manage the complete identity lifecycle, encompassing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes. Develop custom workflows and forms for access requests and review modules. Write and maintain Cloud Rules using Java or BeanShell for intricate attribute transformations. Build and configure connectors for essential systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, and JDBC. Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, custom reporting, and external integrations with platforms like Jira and ServiceNow.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM protocols. Stay abreast of the latest SailPoint ISC modules and functionalities, including AI and CIEM advancements. A Sailpoint engineer certification is highly preferred. Report identified risks within engagements and provide timely updates to leadership. Ensure all work adheres to EY's stringent quality standards and undergoes thorough review. Contribute to a positive learning environment by coaching and mentoring junior team members.
