As a key member of our cyber security Identity and Access Management team, you will drive the execution of IAM roadmaps, ensuring robust security requirements are met. Your responsibilities include implementing secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies aligned with the overall IAM Program. You will also oversee the quality of work, conduct reviews, foster a positive learning environment, and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions. - Leading IGA projects, managing project teams and client relationships. - Executing complete IAM SDLC engagements from requirements gathering to application support. - Architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, integrating, and deploying SailPoint IIQ and IDN solutions. - Configuring identity profiles, developing transformation rules, managing workflows, and handling JML processes and certifications. - Onboarding various applications like AD, JDBC, and web services to IIQ/IDN. - Deploying virtual appliances, configuring high availability/DR, and managing IQService in cloud and on-prem environments. - Developing custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, and integrating with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.

We are seeking experienced consultants with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions. A proven track record of driving IGA projects, including project management and team leadership, is essential. Candidates must have experience with at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, covering all phases from analysis to support.

Essential technical skills include deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Proficiency in source/identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and password synchronization is required. Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IIQ/IDN, deploying virtual appliances with HA/DR configurations, and managing IQService are critical.

Further requirements include hands-on experience with quick link configuration, custom workflow and report development, service account management modules, integration with tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk, and plugin development. Experience with IIQ installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades is also necessary. While professional IT certifications are a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role.
