Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs for automated provisioning and de-provisioning. You will integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms, configuring modules like Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager.

Diagnosing and resolving integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes is crucial. You will also contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins for agile development, and adapt to evolving work demands with flexible coverage.

Essential qualifications include 3-10 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ core development. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs is required, alongside a solid understanding of infrastructure components like operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.

A strong grasp of IAM principles, including RBAC, access reviews, and policy management, is necessary. Desirable skills encompass experience with other IAM tools such as IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance, and relevant certifications.
