Design, deploy, and maintain Ping Identity solutions such as PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, PingDavinci, and PingDirectory. Implement critical security protocols including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and LDAP integrations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex IAM issues through root cause analysis, and ensure high availability and security compliance. Develop automation scripts and deployment processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain security best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application, infrastructure, and security departments, to integrate enterprise applications effectively. Create comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment guides, contributing to continuous process improvements.
