Engage actively in end-to-end Identity and Access Management projects, with a primary focus on Okta implementations. Contribute to the execution of IAM roadmaps, ensuring alignment with security requirements, secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definitions. Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining clear communication with senior members regarding project progress. Develop strong, productive relationships with client personnel and build robust internal relationships across EY Consulting Services and other organizational units. Assist senior team members in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment. Participate in people-related initiatives, including recruiting and retaining top IAM professionals, and contribute to training and mentoring project resources.

Possess hands-on experience in the complete implementation lifecycle of various IAM tools, with a deep expertise in Okta. Have successfully completed a minimum of 2-6 IAM implementations. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Access Management and CIAM solutions, coupled with in-depth knowledge of Okta APIs, XML, HTML, CSS, and foundational concepts like FIDO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and REST. Exhibit the ability to dissect complex problems and design scalable, modular solutions. Proven experience onboarding applications onto leading IAM platforms such as Okta and PINGFED. Proficiency in setting up IAM environments in standalone and cluster configurations, along with configuring tools to meet specific business requirements. Experience with directory integrations (AD, LDAP, Azure AD, Oracle AD) with Okta, and a good understanding of IWA and Okta Workflows. Familiarity with Okta Access Gateway, Okta Advanced Server Access, and SCIM is required. Experience in developing custom UI pages, branding, and email templates to meet business needs. Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, user provisioning, data synchronization, password management, and IAM governance principles within AM tools like Okta. Strong command of access management fundamentals, including SSO, authentication, and authorization, and experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and WS-Fed protocols. Ability to define and implement approaches for risk-based MFA and application access control, including security assessments and adaptive risk configurations. Capability to translate business requirements into technical designs and perform risk assessment and threat modeling exercises. Flexibility to adapt to and work with new technologies within the IAM domain is essential. Prior client-facing experience is mandatory. B.Tech./B.E. degree with sound technical skills and strong English communication are required. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience is expected.
