Join EY's cybersecurity team as a Senior IAM Consultant and play a pivotal role in executing cutting-edge Identity and Access Management projects globally. Focus on developing and implementing advanced IAM roadmaps that meet stringent security demands. This includes securing customer applications through policy-driven security, single sign-on, robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, efficient user provisioning/de-provisioning, and seamless federation across various protocols like SAML2.0, OpenID, OAuth2.0, and WS-FED.

Contribute significantly to the successful execution of Identity & Access Management projects. Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing responsibilities and keeping senior members informed of progress and any identified risks.

Ensure all engagement deliverables meet EY's high-quality standards, with thorough reviews conducted by senior team members. Actively mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to their professional development.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams. Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules, and participate in people initiatives, including recruitment and retention of IAM professionals.

Take ownership of performance management for direct reports and champion teamwork by leading through example. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest IAM technologies and best practices.

A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree is required, complemented by strong technical acumen. Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.

Demonstrated extensive experience with IBM Security Access Manager or IBM Security Verify Access is crucial. Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.

This role requires 6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience in the Identity and Access Management domain. Holding certifications in security domains such as CISSP, CISA, or specific IAM product certifications is highly desirable.
