Engage actively in Identity & Access Management projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and execution of client requirements.

Execute engagement deliverables, overseeing the work of junior team members and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Assist in preparing client-ready reports and schedules, presenting key findings and project updates.

Develop and nurture strong, productive relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams.

Contribute to team development by assisting in performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to junior colleagues.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) with strong technical foundations is required.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) or IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) for end-to-end implementations.

Solid understanding and practical application of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) best practices, including lifecycle management and privacy compliance.

Proficiency in application integration using standard protocols such as SAML2.0, OIDC, OAuth2.0, and WS-Fed.

Experience in designing and customizing authentication policies, access controls, and identity workflows.

Familiarity with modern security concepts like Zero Trust framework and fine-grained authorization is beneficial.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
