Contribute to Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects and practice development, ensuring seamless client service and support.

Effectively collaborate within teams, sharing responsibilities and maintaining clear communication with senior members on project progress.

Execute engagement requirements, including the review of work completed by junior team members.

Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and schedules for clients and stakeholders.

Cultivate and maintain strong, productive working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams.

Support senior team members in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior staff.

Participate in people-focused initiatives, including recruitment and retention of IAM professionals.

Engage in continuous personal skill development through educational programs.

Adhere to all workplace policies and procedures, including performance management for direct reports and fostering teamwork.

A Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Engineering (B.E.) with strong technical acumen.

Possess 3-7 years of hands-on experience in installing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or HashiCorp Vault.

Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential.

Experience integrating secrets management solutions with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) is a significant advantage.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, are required.
