EY is seeking experienced Cyber Security Consultants specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Global Delivery Services team. Engage in and advance Identity & Access Management projects, contributing to practice development. Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing responsibilities, offering support, and maintaining clear communication. Execute project requirements, including reviewing the work of junior team members. Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules. Cultivate productive working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams. Contribute to performance feedback and development discussions for junior staff. Participate in people initiatives, including recruitment and retention of IAM professionals. Commit to continuous professional development and skill enhancement. Adhere to workplace policies and procedures, and manage performance for direct reports as per organizational guidelines. Foster teamwork and lead by example, while mentoring project resources and participating in organizational people initiatives.

Demonstrate 5-7 years of hands-on experience in installing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Conjur/Hashicorp Vault. Possess experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience integrating Conjur/Hashicorp Vault with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is highly advantageous. Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux environments and databases (PostgreSQL preferred) is required. Exhibit strong scripting skills in Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML. Understanding of REST APIs and common cloud-native authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID) is essential. Ability to define and articulate Conjur/Hashicorp architecture, requirements, and workflows. Experience integrating Secret Management solutions with third-party systems like LDAP/SIEM. Capability to conduct workshops, analyze procedures, and identify relevant use cases for secret management. Support planning, maintenance, and change management for risk systems and processes. Resolve stakeholder issues and provide effective solutions to ensure service delivery. Provide PAM best practices recommendations to clients and contribute to system and process documentation.
