Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects, fostering practice growth. Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and maintaining open communication. Execute engagement requirements, including reviewing junior team members' work. Prepare client-ready reports and schedules. Cultivate strong client relationships and internal EY networks. Assist in performance reviews and provide feedback for junior staff.

Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals. Maintain continuous personal skill development through educational programs. Adhere to workplace policies and procedures. Manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies. Foster teamwork and lead by example, providing training and mentoring to project resources. Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Possess 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Conjur/HashiCorp Vault. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML is required. Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, and OpenID is necessary.

Experience integrating Conjur/HashiCorp Vault with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible is a significant advantage. You should have experience managing Windows/Linux environments and databases (PostgreSQL preferred). The ability to conduct workshops, analyze procedures, and define secret management functions is key. Support risk system strategies, process changes, and provide solutions for service delivery effectiveness. Offer PAM best practice recommendations and maintain system/process documentation.
