Engage in Identity & Access Management projects, supporting practice build-up and client engagements. Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities, and maintaining clear communication with senior members on project progress. Ensure engagement requirements are met, including the review of work by junior team members. Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules, and cultivate strong working relationships with client personnel. Develop internal relationships across EY Consulting Services and other organizational units. Contribute to performance feedback for junior team members and participate in people-related initiatives such as recruiting and retaining IAM professionals. Drive continuous professional development and adhere to workplace policies. Manage performance for direct reports and foster teamwork through leadership by example.

Possess 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and application container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML is required. A strong understanding of REST APIs and common cloud-native authentication mechanisms like OAuth and OpenID is also necessary. Demonstrate the ability to define and articulate Conjur/Hashicorp Vault architecture, requirements, and workflows, and integrate secret management solutions with third-party systems (LDAP/SIEM). Capability to conduct workshops, analyze DevOps procedures, and identify secret management functions is crucial. Candidates must hold a B.Tech. or B.E. degree and possess strong verbal and written English communication skills. Relevant certifications in the security domain, such as CyberArk CDE, CISSP, or CISA, are highly desirable.
