Engage in Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, contributing to practice build and development. Effectively collaborate within the team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining clear communication with senior members regarding progress. Execute engagement requirements meticulously, including the review of work completed by junior team members. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and schedules for clients and stakeholders. Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams across various service lines. Support senior team members in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for junior staff. Contribute to people-related initiatives, focusing on recruiting and retaining skilled IAM professionals. Commit to continuous personal development through ongoing educational programs. Adhere to workplace policies and procedures, ensuring effective performance management for direct reports. Foster a collaborative team environment and lead by example, mentoring and training project resources. Participate actively in organization-wide people initiatives.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in installing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, and Conjur/Hashicorp Vault. Demonstrated experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Application container tools like Docker and Kubernetes are essential. Experience integrating Conjur/Hashicorp Vault with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible is highly advantageous. Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux environments and databases (PostgreSQL preferred) is required. A strong command of scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML is necessary. Knowledge of REST APIs and common cloud-native authentication mechanisms like OAuth and OpenID is expected. Ability to define and articulate Conjur/Hashicorp architecture, requirements, and workflows is crucial. Experience integrating Secret Management solutions with third-party systems (LDAP/SIEM) is beneficial. Candidates should possess the ability to conduct workshops, analyze security requirements, and identify necessary secret management functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and robust interpersonal and presentation skills. A B.Tech./B.E. degree with sound technical skills is required. CyberArk CDE or relevant product certification is a strong plus.
