Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects, supporting practice development. Effectively collaborate within a team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior members on progress. Execute project requirements, including reviewing the work of junior team members. Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules. Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams. Contribute to performance feedback and people-related initiatives like recruiting and retaining IAM professionals. Maintain an educational program for continuous personal skill development and adhere to workplace policies. Manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies, foster teamwork, and lead by example. Train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Possess 3-7 years of experience in installing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Conjur/Hashicorp Vault. Demonstrated experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and application container tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with integrating Conjur/Hashicorp Vault with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is advantageous. Experience managing Windows/Linux environments and databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML. Understanding of REST APIs and common authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID). Ability to define and describe Conjur/Hashicorp architecture, requirements, and workflows, and integrate secret management solutions with third-party tools (LDAP/SIEM). Capability to conduct workshops, analyze DevOps procedures and security requirements, and identify necessary secret management functions. Provide PAM best practice recommendations and support system and process documentation. Requires a B.Tech./B.E. degree with strong technical skills, excellent English communication, and relevant experience in PAM solutions. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential. CyberArk CDE or relevant product certification is a plus.
