EY is seeking experienced consultants to join our global cybersecurity team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. This role involves contributing to critical IAM roadmaps, implementing secrets management, and defining access policies.

Contribute to Identity & Access Management projects and support practice development. Effectively collaborate within the team, sharing responsibilities and maintaining clear communication with senior members. Execute engagement requirements, including the review of work performed by junior team members. Prepare client-ready reports and schedules. Develop and nurture productive relationships with clients and internal EY teams. Assist senior team members with performance feedback and contribute to staff development initiatives. Maintain an ongoing educational program for continuous skill enhancement. Manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies and foster teamwork by leading through example. Provide training and mentorship to project resources and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) with strong technical acumen is required. Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.

Candidates should possess 3-7 years of relevant experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or Hashicorp. Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud Suite, including migrations from on-premise to cloud environments, is highly valued.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JSON, PowerShell, and YAML, along with knowledge of REST APIs and common authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID), is expected.

Experience integrating PAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is advantageous. A strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments and databases is also required. Holding a CyberArk CDE or relevant product certification is preferred.
