EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking experienced consultants to join our Cyber Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. You will contribute to implementing and managing cutting-edge solutions like CyberArk, ensuring robust security for our global clients. Engage actively in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, contributing to practice development and client success. Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining clear communication, and updating senior members on progress. Execute project requirements precisely, including the review and guidance of work completed by junior team members. Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and schedules for client delivery and stakeholder communication. Cultivate and maintain strong, productive working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams. Support senior team members in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for junior staff. Participate in people-related initiatives, focusing on recruiting and retaining top IAM talent. Commit to continuous professional development to enhance personal skills and expertise. Adhere strictly to workplace policies and procedures, ensuring operational integrity. Manage performance of direct reports in accordance with organizational policies and standards. Foster a collaborative teamwork environment and lead by example. Provide training and mentorship to project resources, facilitating their skill enhancement. A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree, complemented by strong technical acumen, is essential. Demonstrate excellent command over both spoken and written English communication. Possess relevant hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or Hashicorp. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver compelling presentations. Accrue 5-7 years of professional work experience in the relevant domain. Hold a CyberArk CDE certification or a comparable product certification.
