Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for global clients. You will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' security posture by managing secrets, machine identities, and access policies.

Contribute to Identity & Access Management projects, including practice build and support. Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and maintaining open communication. Execute engagement requirements and review the work of junior team members. Prepare client-facing reports and schedules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams. Provide mentorship and support for junior team members, including performance feedback. Participate in people initiatives such as recruiting and talent retention. Continuously enhance personal skills through educational programs. Manage direct reports' performance in line with organizational policies. Foster teamwork and lead by example, mentoring project resources. Engage in organization-wide people initiatives.

5-7 years of experience in installing and implementing PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Conjur/Hashicorp Vault. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience integrating Conjur/Hashicorp Vault with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible). Strong experience managing Windows/Linux environments and databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Skilled in scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML. Knowledge of REST APIs and common authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID). Ability to define and articulate Conjur/Hashicorp architecture, requirements, and workflows. Experience integrating Secret Management solutions with third-party systems like LDAP/SIEM. Capability to conduct workshops for service model analysis, DevOps procedure assessment, and identification of secret management use cases. Experience in planning, maintenance, and change management for risk systems and operational tasks. Ability to provide PAM best practice recommendations to clients and support documentation development.
