Engage in Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, contributing to practice development and client engagements. Effectively collaborate within a team, sharing responsibilities and maintaining clear communication. Oversee the quality of work, conduct reviews, and prepare client-ready reports and schedules.

Develop strong relationships with clients and internal EY teams. Mentor junior members, contribute to performance feedback, and participate in people-related initiatives like recruiting and retention. Maintain continuous professional development and adhere to workplace policies.

Bring 5-7 years of experience in installing and implementing PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is essential.

Demonstrate strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and YAML, along with knowledge of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID). A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required, coupled with excellent English communication and presentation skills. Relevant product certifications are a significant plus.
