Engage in and drive Identity & Access Management projects, contributing to practice development. Collaborate effectively within teams, sharing responsibilities and maintaining open communication with senior members. Execute engagement requirements, oversee the work of junior team members, and prepare client-facing reports. Develop and nurture productive client relationships and build strong internal networks across EY. Assist senior colleagues with performance reviews and mentor junior staff. Contribute to people initiatives, including recruitment and retention of IAM professionals. Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development and adhere to workplace policies.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E.) with robust technical skills is required. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential. A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience is necessary, specifically with Privileged Management Solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or HashiCorp Vault. Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, JSON, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, and YAML is crucial. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, alongside application container tools (Docker, Kubernetes), is expected. A strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and OpenID is also required. Experience with integration of solutions with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tools is advantageous.
