EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a skilled AI-experienced professional to lead and expand AI initiatives within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice. This role will steer the architectural direction for LLM-driven intelligence, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic automation, and AI-enabled orchestration across various IAM ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include architecting multi-cloud AI solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, serverless components, microservices, and AI agents. You will design end-to-end AI-enabled IAM workflows, integrating identity data, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. This role also involves leading Python-based microservices development for IAM automation and API integrations, designing AI orchestration with tools like LangChain and AutoGen, and building autonomous multi-agent systems.

Furthermore, you will lead client workshops, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and presales demonstrations, ensuring successful client engagement and project delivery.

Success in this role requires 7+ years of experience in AI architecture, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics. You must possess expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and multi-cloud AI architectures (Azure/AWS), along with strong Python hands-on skills and API integration experience.

A solid understanding of microservices, REST/SCIM integrations, secure solution design, and IAM fundamentals (identity lifecycle, governance, provisioning) is essential. Preferred qualifications include consulting and client advisory experience, experience leading PoCs/MVPs/enterprise implementations, and strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
