Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive data protection and privacy strategies, policies, and roadmaps in compliance with global regulations like GDPR and CCPA. You will lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), conduct data mapping, and ensure the effective implementation of privacy controls. This role also involves creating and delivering data privacy training, responding to RFPs, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging privacy technologies. A strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks, privacy engineering, and privacy-enhancing technologies is essential.

We are seeking candidates with 9-13 years of extensive experience in data privacy, including a thorough understanding of regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Proven experience in performing DPIAs, data mapping, and developing data protection strategies is required, with at least 6-8 years specifically in the privacy domain. Candidates should possess a strong grasp of privacy engineering, privacy by design principles, and cloud privacy. Experience with privacy technology enablement and GRC tools, alongside excellent documentation and communication skills, is also necessary. A Bachelor of Technology, M.Tech, ME in Computer Science, MCA, or MBA is preferred, along with relevant data privacy certifications like CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM.
