Spearhead data privacy initiatives, ensuring adherence to global regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Conduct thorough PIAs, DPIAs, and data mapping exercises, developing robust data protection strategies and roadmaps. Craft and implement data protection policies, procedures, and controls. Design and deliver comprehensive data privacy training programs across functions.

Contribute to RFP responses, staying current with industry trends and privacy standards. Apply knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, privacy engineering, privacy by design, and cloud privacy. Utilize your expertise in privacy technology enablement and GRC tools to enhance our privacy posture. Showcase excellent documentation and communication skills.

A seasoned professional with 9-13 years of extensive experience in data privacy. Possess a deep understanding of various data privacy regulations and concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). Proven experience in performing PIAs, DPIAs, and data mapping, with at least 6-8 years dedicated to the privacy domain.

Demonstrated ability in developing data protection and privacy strategies, roadmaps, policies, and procedures. Experience in planning and implementing data protection and privacy controls is essential. Proficiency in creating and delivering data privacy training content is required. Experience responding to Data Privacy RFPs and a strong grasp of risk assessment frameworks are critical.

Familiarity with privacy engineering, privacy by design, and privacy in cloud environments is expected. Experience with privacy technology enablement and GRC tools is beneficial. Excellent documentation and communication skills are a must. A Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech), M.Tech or ME in Computer Science, MCA, MBA, or equivalent is preferred. Certifications like CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM are advantageous.
