This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data protection and compliance solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing Microsoft Purview DLP policies across Microsoft 365 services and endpoints. Develop enterprise data classification frameworks and configure Sensitivity Labels, Label Policies, and Auto-labeling. Manage Insider Risk Management policies, investigate alerts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Implement retention labels, retention policies, and disposition reviews for data lifecycle management. Conduct workshops, develop solution designs, support PoCs, and create comprehensive technical documentation and operational guidance. Continuously stay updated on the Microsoft Purview roadmap and evolving data protection trends.

We seek candidates with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview Data Security and Compliance solutions, specifically in DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Data Classification, and Insider Risk Management. A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre, Microsoft Purview Portal, and the broader Microsoft Security ecosystem is required. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is preferred. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
