Join EY as a Manager in Technology Consulting, specializing in Microsoft Purview. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data protection and compliance solutions.

You'll leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Purview Data Security services like DLP, Data Classification, Insider Risk Management, and Data Lifecycle Management, alongside a solid understanding of DSPM for AI and Data Governance.

This is an opportunity to work with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technical teams to safeguard sensitive information, mitigate insider risks, and ensure regulatory adherence across the organization's data landscape.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing Microsoft Purview DLP policies, defining detection logic, and supporting Endpoint DLP. You will develop enterprise data classification frameworks, configure Sensitivity Labels, and conduct data discovery workshops.

Manage Microsoft Purview DSPM for AI policies, investigate AI-related data risks, and develop AI governance use cases. Drive data discovery, classification, cataloging, and lineage initiatives through Microsoft Purview Data Governance capabilities.

Configure Insider Risk Management policies, investigate alerts, and develop use cases for data theft and policy violations. Implement retention labels, policies, and disposition reviews for Data Lifecycle Management, supporting regulatory requirements through information governance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Data Security and Compliance solutions, including DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Data Classification, Insider Risk Management, and Data Governance.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre, Microsoft Purview Portal, and regulatory frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST is essential. Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender XDR, and cloud security principles is also required.

We seek individuals with excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. A consulting mindset with client-facing experience and the ability to work independently on multiple projects is crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 9+ years of experience in data protection or information security are preferred.
