Join EY and contribute to building a better working world. We are seeking a Manager to lead our Data Protection and Privacy initiatives, focusing on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Lead comprehensive discovery programs for SSH keys, SSL/TLS certificates, and cryptographic assets across hybrid enterprise settings. Analyze key and certificate usage, identify security vulnerabilities, and devise enterprise-wide remediation strategies.

Establish and enforce secure lifecycle management practices for cryptographic elements. Direct cryptographic discovery to ensure full visibility of algorithms and primitives in use. Assess enterprise cryptographic posture, including quantum readiness.

Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and development teams to implement quantum-safe cryptographic strategies. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, operating models, and security governance for cryptographic systems. Mentor team members and guide technical deliverables within cryptography and PKI.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with proven expertise in PKI, cryptography, and certificate lifecycle management. Deep practical experience with platforms such as Venafi, AppViewX, Thales, Sectigo, Microsoft AD CS, and enterprise CLM/crypto solutions.

Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale cryptographic discovery, assessment, and remediation programs. Possess a strong understanding of cryptographic architecture, PKI, SSL/TLS, SSH, HSMs, trust stores, and secure automation practices.

Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows administration and scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Solid knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native certificate/key services. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
