This Senior Manager role focuses on leading and scaling the Zero Trust Security Portfolio within EY GDS. You will spearhead complex client initiatives, cultivate high-performing teams, and drive innovation in infrastructure security.

As a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership, you will guide organizations in their transition from traditional security models to a Zero Trust framework. The position demands extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture, network security, and Zero Trust principles within the cyber domain.

Lead the strategic design and implementation of network and infrastructure security across enterprise and cloud environments. Champion the adoption of Zero Trust and advanced segmentation architectures, while overseeing the governance of solutions like NGFW, NAC, VPN, ZTNA, SASE, DNS security, CASB, and CSPM.

Develop logical patterns and use cases for Zero Trust capabilities spanning network, identity and access management, device, and application security domains. Utilize hands-on experience in segmenting networks, applications, and data to minimize attack exposure. Define High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and ensure end-to-end communication encryption, per-session authorization, and dynamic authentication.

Maintain continuous monitoring of all assets for maximum security and visibility across the network and business resources. Contribute to the development of go-to-market solutions for Zero Trust, understanding market needs and challenges. Document Zero Trust architecture requirements and enhance existing documentation. Develop reusable accelerators and reference architectures to strengthen EY's Zero Trust and Network & Infrastructure Security offerings, improving repeatability across sectors and accounts.

Effectively manage client expectations, delivery scope, solution quality, and risks, while providing technical escalations. Coach teams and foster long-term client capability through comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.

Bring over 12 years of experience in Network & Infrastructure security, Zero Trust Security, or related fields. Demonstrate expertise in Zero Trust and proficiency with regulatory frameworks such as NIST 800-207, NIST 800-53, ZT DoD, and CISA ZTMM.

Possess hands-on experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs) from vendors like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, and Azure Firewall, alongside VMware virtualization security. Exhibit skills in SSE/SASE platforms (Netskope, Zscaler, Akamai) and secure access technologies including VPN, ZTNA, and DNS security. Showcase strong capabilities in multi-vendor security integration across IT, OT, and cloud environments.

Your role requires robust client-facing communication skills, enabling you to act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders. A deep technical understanding of Zero Trust architecture and solutioning is essential, as is comprehensive knowledge of Zero Trust security service delivery methodologies, governance, and operating models. You will leverage creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and individual initiative, utilizing tools like Office 365, MS Office suite, and Google Docs.
