As a Senior Manager in EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Cybersecurity Team, you will drive technical client engagements and develop innovative services. Your focus will be on transforming client cybersecurity strategies into reality, working within high-performing teams to foster growth and deliver outstanding client service.

This role involves ensuring overall client service quality in line with EY's rigorous guidelines and methodologies. You'll manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and nurture connections with functional heads and influencers. A crucial part of your role will be to assist in developing new methodologies, driving internal initiatives, and fostering a positive learning environment through coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Provide technical leadership and in-depth expertise across cybersecurity domains, including attack and penetration testing, vulnerability management, cloud security, privacy, incident response, and enterprise security strategies. Offer guidance and knowledge sharing with team members on complex threat and vulnerability assessments, utilizing frameworks like MITRE, CBEST, and Tiber. Collaborate with teams and clients to develop engagement plans, ensuring compliance with professional standards and risk mitigation.

Develop innovative insights for clients, adapt methodologies to team needs, and contribute to thought leadership. Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, inspire teamwork, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery. Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing needs and staying informed on business and economic developments. Drive industry insights and emerging trends to energize growth and provide strategic solutions to complex cybersecurity issues.

A minimum of 15 years of industry experience is required, with at least 10 years in a management role or 5 years as a Senior Manager in information security or IT, preferably within business consulting at a leading technology consultancy. Essential technical experience includes attack and penetration testing, vulnerability management, cloud, privacy, incident response, GRC, and enterprise security architecture. Candidates must hold at least one of the following technical certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, OSWP, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE, OSEE, or GXPN. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary.

Experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, or MSP is required. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization technologies is expected. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
