This role is within our Global Delivery Services (GDS) Cyber Security team, focusing on providing cutting-edge cybersecurity services. You'll contribute to client engagements and service development while actively building and maintaining client relationships.

As a Manager in Cyber Security, you will lead technical engagements in penetration testing, including internet, intranet, wireless, web application, social engineering, and physical assessments. You'll execute red team scenarios to identify security gaps, provide technical leadership to junior testers, and perform in-depth analysis of findings to create comprehensive reports. Your role involves executing projects using established methodologies, communicating complex security concepts to various audiences, and developing strong relationships with clients and internal EY teams.

To excel in this role, you need a graduate degree (B.E., B.Sc., MCA) or an MBA with a computer science background and a minimum of 8 years of experience in penetration testing. Essential certifications include CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent, along with Quality Management training (ITIL, Six Sigma). A deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX), TCP/IP, Active Directory, network security, web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), manual testing techniques, and scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl) is required. Experience leading technical teams for remote and on-site testing, performing stealth network penetration testing, and knowledge of software security and vulnerability management best practices are crucial.
